China fascinates me. Its people, its history, its philosophy and its scenery makes it seem like a different world.

China Study tour 2002 - 2003

Another trip to China. This time arranged by Monash University. On this visit I experienced alot of unique events and cultural phenomenons. I witnessed the 16th People Congress, and the election of China's 4th generation of leaders. I saw the opening of the world's fastest train - The MagLev. Which has a top speed of 475 Km/s. And finally during the Chinese New Year festivities, I got to experience the deafing sound of millions of firecrackers going off.
